Dust collection consists of the control of dust emissions, and their separation from the airr transport: :
For effective dust collection at source, it requires the determination of the airflow based on the geometric form of dust hoods, allowing a complete control of dust emissions at source.
Separation requires the selection of the type of filters ("dry" or "wet" approach) and the sizing of the most appropriate equipment from a wide range of dynamic, hydraulic, fabric and electrostatic precipitators.
This is an essential part of the project and can only be solved through close collaboration between the project stakeholders: production and maintenance staff, and our engineers and technicians. This exchange allows us to determine the shape of the hoods, the layout of the ducts or the type of industrial filters compatible with your products and your needs.
